Since 2004, I have been a Realtor in the Panhandle of Florida. My real estate career didn’t start there. In 2002, I began buying & selling rental properties (in Atlanta, GA)…the uglier the home the better, and the cheaper I could buy it. I have experience with minor & major rehabs, flipping properties, selling on lease/options, owner financing, short sales and foreclosures.
My Customers appreciate my knowledge and experience since I have personally bought and sold properties as an investor. I evaluate each transaction subjectively vs. emotionally, thereby instilling the confidence Customers need to have in me, as their Realtor, to not “allow” them overpay for a property in today’s market.
